About me

I have been passionate about exercise for a long time, participating in a wide range of fitness classes and sports to keep active and maintain my fitness.

If you choose my classes, whatever your starting point, if you are apprehensive, just starting out, trying to get back to it or just looking for something new, my intention is that you find my classes welcoming, fun and accessible.

Why Zumba and Tai Chi QiGong? They provide a Ying/Yang balance of fitness.

  • Zumba is uptempo and fun. I couldn't find classes locally so I decided to set up my own.

  • Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is gentle and slow paced, suitable for any ability. I experienced Tai Chi forms in other classes, and from there started to practice and teach, choosing Shibashi as an accessible and easy to learn and practice form.
